On October 12, the Baiterek Business Center hosted an International Conference on the topic “Estimated rationing and pricing at the modern stage of development of the construction industry”.

At the meeting, employees of the Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC presented the information system “Nurly Zher Situation Center” and the Online Platform for construction Materials. It should be noted that representatives from Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus took part in the event and made presentations. They raised issues such as “BIM and estimates, implementation problems and solutions”, “Digital transformation of price monitoring”, “International Construction Cost Estimation Standard” (ICMS), etc.
