The portal of local executive bodies (MIO Portal) is a portal for collecting data on the progress of construction, development of allocated funds and sale of apartments for construction projects, under the bond financing of JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” under the State program of housing and communal development “Nurly Zher” for 2020-2025.

The employees of the IOI through the Portal place current information on the progress of construction of residential real estate in the regions, the volume of financing and sales of finished housing. Information on the progress of construction can also be filled out from the mobile application on the site itself by the IIO staff/technical supervisor/developer.
