Technical supervision in the field of equity participation in housing construction is carried out by engineering companies in the field of equity participation in housing construction in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 7, 2016 “On equity participation in housing construction”.

The customer, when engaging an expert who has an appropriate certificate for the right to carry out engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, or an organization that has certified experts in its composition, is guided by these Rules for the provision of engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the terms of the agreement on the provision of engineering services.
