Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Single Operator) for purpose of purchasing rental housing (Apartments) for those who are on a waiting list of LEB (local executive bodies) within the framework of the Concept of development of housing and communal infrastructure until 2026, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 23, 2022 No. 736 (State Program) informs about the marketing research.
The main requirements of a Single Operator within the framework of the State Program for the Apartments to be purchased must comply with the technical specifications, including:
– the area of the apartments should not exceed 80 square meters;
– III and/or IV classification class residential buildings according to the SP RK 3.02-101-2012;
– apartments should be in a final finishing;
– the number of Apartments supplied from 1 unit;
– price parameter of 1 square meter of purchased Apartments should not exceed:
310 thousand tenge – in Astana, Almaty and their suburban areas;
260 thousand tenge − in the cities of Shymkent, Atyrau, Aktau;
220 thousand tenge − in other regions.
In 2023, a Single operator plans to purchase at least 42 thousand square meters of housing with a delivery period until December 31, 2023.
