The approved Concept for development of housing and communal infrastructure until 2026 changed the price parameters for sale of 50% of housing at a fixed price per 1 sq.m. within the framework of the mechanism of subsidizing the interest rate on loans issued by second-tier banks to private developers:
for cities of Astana, Almaty and their suburban areas, the sale price of 1 sq.m. of housing should not exceed 310 thousand tenge;
for cities of Shymkent, Atyrau, Aktau – no more than 260 thousand tenge;
for other regions – no more than 220 thousand tenge.
It should be noted that Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC, being a financial agent, subsidizes the 7% interest rate on loans issued by second-tier banks to private developers.
Application for subsidies can be submitted online through the portal https://digital .baiterek.gov.kz.
The deadline for consideration of the application shall not exceed 5 working days.
