The first electronic Guarantee Agreement for the completion of construction was signed by Kazakhstan Housing Company on March 14, 2024 through the Personal Account of Legal Entities (LE) of the Housing Portal Information System. (homeportal.kz).

The Personal Account of Legal Entities, launched by KHC at the end of January this year, enables developers to have centralized access to all KHC services. Applications for guarantees or subsidies are submitted entirely online without the need to visit offices or fill out paper applications.

Due to the integration of the Personal Account of Legal Entities with KHC’s internal document management information system, developers can track the progress of application review and decision-making process in KHC.

Signing of contracts, as well as various addendums, within the scope of KHC services is carried out via the Personal Account of a legal entity by means of an electronic digital signature or a QR code through the eGov Business application.

Thus, the functionality of the new Personal Account of Legal Entities provides full transparency within the scope of KHC services, as well as significantly reduces time and resources for developers.
