The online submission of requests for amendments to existing guarantee and subsidy projects was launched in the Housing Portal IS of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC

As part of the digitalization of services provided to clients, the Company launched the function for submitting and reviewing requests to amend the terms and conditions of existing contracts concluded under the mechanisms for guaranteeing shared housing construction and subsidizing the interest rate on loans issued by STBs to private business entities for housing construction purposes.

Requests for amendments are submitted in the Clients’ Personal Account of the Housing Portal IS (homeportal.kz).

The request consideration results will also be available in the Client’s Personal Account of the Housing Portal IS.
