The Chairman of the Management Board of NMH “Baiterek” JSC, Rustam Karagoishin, introduced to the employees of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC the newly appointed Chairman of the Management Board – Altay Kuzdibayev.
Altay Kuzdibayev was born in 1985. He graduated from Moscow State University after M.V. Lomonosov, majoring in International Economics. He holds a Master’s degree in Management.
He started his career in 2008 at Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC. In 2009-2012 he worked at the First Credit Bureau LLP.
From November 2012 to 2013, he worked at the State Credit Bureau JSC, a subsidiary of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
From November 2013 to August 2020, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Baiterek Development JSC, which is a subsidiary of NMH “Baiterek” JSC.
After the unification of the housing block of NMH “Baiterek” JSC, by joining Baiterek Development JSC and Housing Construction Guarantee Fund JSC to the MO Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC, Altay Kuzdibayev was transferred to Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Unified Housing Construction Operator.
