Kazakhstan Housing Company supports young professionals

The Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC) actively supports young professionals, developing their professional skills and helping them adapt to the challenges of the construction industry. Recent meetings of KHC representatives with students of three leading universities in Almaty, such as Satbayev University, Caspian University and KAZGAS, have become another step in this direction.

As part of the annual “SU-2024 Job Fair” and the opening of the Career HUB at Satbayev University, KHC presented its current projects, talked about job prospects and offered students opportunities to participate in real projects.

According to forecasts of Center for Human Resources Development JSC, by 2030 the construction industry of Kazakhstan will require more than 213 thousand qualified specialists. To meet this demand, KHC strengthens cooperation with universities by introducing dual education formats that combine theoretical training with practical work.

“KHC, as a single operator of housing construction, provides students with unique access to national—scale projects, helping them gain invaluable experience and better prepare for professional activities,” said Yernar Abitayev, Managing Director of KHC.

Cooperation with educational institutions continues to be a priority of the KHC, which confirms the desire to contribute to the development of a new generation of specialists and strengthen the country’s human resources potential.
