Kazakhstan Housing Company launched an innovative Online Shareholder Support Center with the AI application

Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (KHC, a subsidiary of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC) presented Online Shareholder Support Center – an innovative service based on generative artificial intelligence.

The Online Shareholder Support Center consists of sections of useful information in the field of shared construction based on the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and answers to frequently asked questions. The key component of the service is the iBota chatbot using generative artificial intelligence, created to protect the rights of shareholders and increase transparency in the shared construction market.

 Using the iBota chatbot, the shareholders can:

  • get answers to questions related to the acquisition of housing under construction in Kazakhstan based on the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • check developers for availability of authorization documents for attracting shareholders’ money through integration with the KazReestr system.

Expected effect:

  • bringing the market out of the shadows: increasing the share of legal shared construction (today, 67% of the market is in the “gray” zone);
  • protecting the interests of shareholders: reducing the risk of fraud;
  • speed and accessibility: reducing the time required to process requests and increasing the availability of information.

Currently, the iBota chatbot is working in beta testing mode. Users can already try out its functionality and contribute to the improvement of the service by providing feedback.
