New digital service «Real-Estate Developer Verification»  launched on Jusan app under government services section.

The service developed by Jusan Bank in cooperation with Kazakhstan Housing Company (the KHC) provides an opportunity to check whether the real-estate developer has a KHC guarantee or Akimat’s permission to attract shareholders’ funds for housing under construction. For verification just enter the name of the company (at least 4 characters) or its BIN. If the real-estate developer has a guarantee issued by the KHC or a permit issued by the Akimat, the service will display information on under-construction and completed projects, including their address, construction period, and information on the issuance of permit documents.

The new service will help citizens to pre-check the real-estate developer and reduce their risks when investing in housing under construction.

Reminder, a similar service is provided jointly with KHC in mobile applications of Halyk of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Smartbank of Eurasian Bank JSC, bcc.kz of Bank Center Credit JSC.
