As part of the measures to resolve the warranty case related to the project “Construction of a commercial facility on the 1st floor and a multi-storey residential building” located in Shymkent, Karatau District, Nurtas microdistrict, 5/3 (“Asyl Tas” Residential Complex, incomplete construction), the Joint Stock Company “Kazakhstan Housing Company” is initiating the engagement of an investor to complete the construction of the residential complex.

JSC “KHC” invites interested investors to review the project implementation conditions, updated requirements, as well as opportunities for participation in joint activities aimed at completing the construction.

Before submitting (sending) a proposal, we kindly ask potential investors to carefully familiarize themselves with the project documentation, participation conditions, and requirements established by the Company in accordance with the current procedure for resolving warranty cases.

JSC “KHC” is open to constructive dialogue and consideration of initiatives aimed at efficient project implementation and ensuring the rights of shared construction participants.
