Daily monitoring of social networks has shown that recently cases of spreading false information have become more frequent around the situation related to the JM City Residential Complex – an apartment complex with built-in premises and parking spaces at the address: Astana city, Yessil district, the area of the intersection of Turan and Kabanbay Batyr Avenues”
In this regard, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC urges citizens to trust only official data and not to disseminate false information.

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Equity Participation in Housing Construction” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), a Contract on providing a guarantee has been concluded between Kazakhstan Housing Company (hereinafter referred to as the Single Operator), Kaspiy Kurylys LTD LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Developer) and Garant Investment LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Authorized Company) dated November 18, 2021 with a completion date of January 3, 2024.

If the fact of a warranty event occurrence is established, a Single Operator within three working days makes a decision on recognition as a warranty event, according to paragraph 3 of Article 37 of the Law.

Hereby, we officially declare that if a Warranty Event occurs for the above-mentioned Facility, the necessary funds for the resumption and early completion of the construction of the Facility are available to Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC in sufficient volume.
