On August 25, 2022 an investment forum on the theme: “Development plan for the construction of multi-apartment commercial residential buildings in Petropavlovsk”  was held in Petropavlovsk with the participation of Akim of the North Kazakhstan region Aksakalov K.I.

The forum was attended by representatives of construction companies from the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Aktau, Kyzylorda, Shymkent and Kokshetau, as well as RULP “Union of Builders of Kazakhstan”.

“Kazakhstan Housing Company” JSC presented tools to support a Single operator used in the field of housing construction, including mechanisms for guaranteeing shared housing construction and subsidizing the interest rate on loans issued by STB for housing construction purposes.

The participants of the investment forum were presented with the requirements for obtaining a guarantee of a Single operator, the examination carried out when considering an incoming application, the procedure for considering applications for subsidies, the procedure for submitting an application on the Digital Baiterek website and other necessary information on the tools for supporting a Single operator.
