The Kazakhstan Housing Company, as the sole operator of housing construction, provides guarantees for the completion of shared-equity construction projects. 

You can find a list of all shared-equity construction projects under construction with a KHC guarantee on the Housing Portal.

The Housing Portal contains information:

• which developers legally attract funds from equity holders;
• which objects have violations and attract funds illegally;
• Online support center for equity holders with a chatbot that will help answer questions.

To protect yourself from the risk of becoming a defrauded equity holder, remember that the developer has the right to attract funds from equity holders only in 3 cases:

• If there is a guarantee from the housing and communal services;
• If there is permission from the akimat with the participation of second-tier banks (STB);
• If there is permission from the akimat after independent construction of the frame of the house.
