We have identified sustainable development as one of the priority areas of our activities and have recorded this approach in the Development Strategy.
We strive to integrate sustainable development principles into key business processes, management decisions and the implementation of housing programs. For us, sustainable development is the basis for increasing transparency and creating long-term value for society and the state.
The implementation of our strategic objectives is aimed at creating an effective management system, improving ESG indicators, strengthening interaction with stakeholders and the consistent implementation of climate and social initiatives.
A Sustainable Development Policy has been approved at KHC JSC. Its provisions are subject to compliance by all employees of the Company insofar as they affect interaction with stakeholders, when planning and implementing their activities, developing internal documents, disseminating information, and in other types of communication.

Since 2025, KHC has been a member and an active participant of the United Nations Global Compact and supports its commitment to the Compact’s principles.

In order to assess the level of integration of sustainable development principles into the activities of developers involved in guarantee and subsidy programs, the Company conducted a survey to evaluate the level of engagement of construction companies in the ESG agenda.

A key driver of these changes is the increasing concentration of greenhouse gases resulting from human activities.
