Commission — 300 MCI (150 MCI for repeated review of a project).
Guarantee contribution rate — from 0% to 1%.
The rate depends on the form and amount of the Authorized Company's own participation in the project:

First guarantee for a Developer implementing a project outside cities of national significance — 0% (subject to compliance with own participation requirements).
Application review period — 20 business days.
During the review, the application may be sent back for revision for a period of up to 10 business days, during which the review period is suspended.
Moderation: The Developer and the Authorized Company may submit an application for a document completeness check (moderation), including documents of the engineering company. Moderation period — 5 business days. The service is provided free of charge.
