Accreditation of organizations providing engineering services for technical supervision and technical inspection of the level of responsibility corresponding to the technical specification

Financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity) of the legal entity for the last financial year, confirmed by a tax declaration (Form 100 or another form in case of a simplified declaration), with a notice of acceptance from the tax authority

Information on the engineering company’s work experience by each project, with the following supporting documents attached:

a) engineering service contracts issued to the legal entity;

b) commissioning acts issued to individuals;

c) commissioning acts signed by an expert, with confirmation of employment relations between the legal entity and the individual

Identity documents of the first executive and chief accountant of the legal entity, certified experts, and specialists responsible for monitoring the targeted use of funds and other specialists

If the chief accountant is not provided for in the engineering company’s staffing schedule, a confirmation letter on the absence of a chief accountant must be submitted

Documents confirming the certification of experts to provide engineering services in terms of conducting technical supervision for facilities of the first or second level of responsibility, as well as for load-bearing and enclosing structures, engineering networks, and technological equipment
