AO Kazakhstan Housing Company informs about changes in the procedure for selecting engineering companies when concluding agreements on providing shared-construction guarantees in housing construction.
When constructing a multi-apartment residential building and/or a complex of individual residential houses, the authorized company independently selects an engineering company. At the same time, the engineering company must comply with the requirements of the Law On Shared Participation in Housing Construction.
In the event of a guarantee case, the selection will be carried out electronically on the Eurasian Electronic Portal (eep.mitwork.kz), similar to public procurement procedures, taking into account the specifics of the shared participation sector in housing construction.
As part of the digitalization of activities, the authorized company will submit the engineering company’s document package for verification through the Housing Portal, while reporting by engineering companies to AO KHC will be carried out through the eQurylys.kz portal and the AO KHC Situation Center.
