In order to implement the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the «Kazakhstan Housing Company» JSC regarding the settlement of corporate disputes and conflicts of interest, the Ombudsman institution has been established within «Kazakhstan Housing Company» JSC.
The Ombudsman is responsible for organizing the review of disputes related to business ethics compliance and resolution conflicts of interest.
All employees of the Company, clients, partners, and other interested parties have the right to contact the Ombudsman.
