To approve and submit for consideration by the Sole Shareholder of the Joint-Stock company "Kazakhstan Housing Company" the issue of amendments and additions to the Charter of the Joint-stock Company "Kazakhstan Housing Company.

1. Paragraph 1.5. of the Articles of Association shall be worded as follows:

"1.5. The sole shareholder of the Company is the National Investment Holding Baiterek Joint Stock Company.". 

2. Paragraph 10.2. of the Charter should be supplemented with subparagraph 24-1) as follows:

"24-1) approval of the organizational structure of the Company, as well as amendments and (or) additions to it. At the same time, it is allowed to change the organizational structure no more than once per calendar year, except in cases of the emergence of new and (or) abandonment of existing business processes and (or) areas of activity, reorganization, changes to the documents of the state planning system, approval of new state programs or amendments and (or) additions to existing ones. state programs;".

3. Subparagraph 6) of paragraph 11.8. of the Charter should be worded as follows:

"6) approval of the staffing table, as well as changes and (or) additions to it within the framework of the total number of employees approved by the Board of Directors
