How builders can avoid mistakes when working with KZhK or an easy way to get a guarantee

On August 4, at the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Nur-Sultan, together with the Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC and the Association of Developers of Kazakhstan, a seminar was held named “An easy way to obtain a guarantee”, in order to widely inform builders how to best submit applications.

At the seminar, representatives of the Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC presented an online application service for obtaining guarantees for the completion of the Digital Baiterek shared housing construction. As the Deputy Chairman of the Kazakhstan Housing Company Olzhas Salykov noted:

“The application portal was launched a little over a month ago, all documentation is submitted remotely, you can track the status of your application and receive comments if there are any of them.

The business process is configured in such a way that in any case it does not exceed 20 working days under the Law. The digital footprint is preserved everywhere, which is very important.”

The seminar participants discussed typical mistakes and their elimination when preparing documents for obtaining a guarantee. As the analysis shows, the builder can eliminate many typical mistakes on his own. To this end, the Kazakhstan Housing Company has introduced a service approach and, starting August 5, is launching the Video Concierge function, which will allow the developer to receive prompt online advice on all issues, including comments on applications.

 “I see that current business documentation can be optimized by at least 40-50%. Now we are working with the relevant Ministry to eliminate bureaucracy. It is necessary to correct the corresponding Order. Hope we get it done quickly.

There are proposals to improve legislation, we are working with business and government agencies. I ask you to comment and give feedback on improving processes, we will study,” Olzhas Salykov emphasized.

As a result of the seminar, it was decided to hold such training seminars on a weekly basis, including by regions.
