“Kazakhstan Housing Company” (hereinafter, the Company) – a single operator of housing construction (the sole shareholder of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC is Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC) held a meeting with representatives of the industry. In her presentation, Director of the Department for Work with Legal Entities of the Company Aigerim Kurmanbayeva explained in detail to developers the mechanisms for guaranteeing shared housing construction and subsidizing loans from private developers, as well as familiarized them with the requirements for obtaining a guarantee and application procedures.

The KHC guarantee itself gives the developer a number of advantages. Thus, in particular, it provides 100% protection and safety of the funds of shareholders. In addition, the company acts as a kind of “safety net, therefore, in case of default, the construction will be completed at the expense of KHC JSC.

Separately, representatives of the KHC also focused on the requirements for attracting money from shareholders by participating in the STB project, as well as after the construction of the frame of the house.

Meetings with developers will continue throughout the year, including visits to the regions.
