On September 29 this year, shareholders celebrated a housewarming party on the site of ELORDA RESIDENCE residential complex in Nursaya mcr.
As previously reported, on June 20, 2023, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announced the occurrence of a warranty case for ELORDA RESIDENCE facility. In the interests of shareholders and the development of the region as a whole, the Company has actively started measures to resume the construction of the facility, paying special attention to the quality of construction of the residential complex.
Despite the flood situation in the region in the spring of this year, all construction and installation work on this facility has been completed in full, and the Company, as a Single operator of housing construction, fulfilled its obligations within the time limits established by law.
From June to August of this year, keys were issued to all shareholders of ELORDA RESIDENCE residential complex . All the originally stated technical parameters have been preserved, including the “business” class. 150 apartments have been commissioned for this facility, 120 shareholders have been provided with housing.
In general, since 2016, the Company has issued over 240 guarantees totaling 1.2 trillion tenge, which allowed protecting the deposits of 67 thousand shareholders in the country.
“We had to move into our apartments last year. But, due to the fact that the developer was experiencing financial difficulties, the construction stopped. Thanks to the KHC Guarantee, the facility was completed quickly, within one year. The keys were given to the owners back in June of this year, by September we completed landscaping, gardening of the adjacent territory, built playgrounds”, – Rinat Kalmukhanov, a shareholder of ELORDA RESIDENCE Residential Complex, said. 

Reference: On November 26, 2021, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek NMH JSC) and Atyrau Zh.B.I.-2005 LLP, MBS Capital LLP signed a guarantee agreement for the project “Construction of four 9-storey residential buildings in the mcr. Nursaya in Atyrau” with the deadline for commissioning the facility no later than September 1, 2022.
Based on the developer’s requests, in the period from September 1, 2022 to June 1, 2023, the Single Operator approved the extension of the construction period three times. Despite the measures taken, monitoring the progress of the construction of the facility revealed a significant delay in the timing of commissioning and completion of construction and installation works in full.
In accordance with the norms of the Law on Equity Participation in Housing Construction, in case of violation of the deadline for commissioning of an apartment building, a Single operator decides to recognize the warranty case.
On June 20, 2023, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC announced the occurrence of a Warranty Case for the ELORDA RESIDENCE facility in Atyrau and actively began measures to resume and complete the construction of the facility as soon as possible.
