On June 9, 2023, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (the Company) placed own bonds (ISIN – KZ2C00007086) for a total amount of KZT 39 331 746 as part of the Refinancing Program for Housing Loans (mortgage loans).

The Refinancing Program for Housing Loans (mortgage loans) was approved by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2015 (Minutes No. 69, the Program). The Program is aimed at providing assistance to vulnerable social groups.

Due to the Program, the Company provided assistance to 1 018 borrowers for a total amount of KZT 6 969 million as of June 1, 2023.
