On May 28, 2025, the Kazakhstan Housing Company (a subsidiary of Baiterek NMH JSC, KHC) performed at the 25th Kazakhstan International Construction and Interior Exhibition AstanaBuild.

Within the framework of the event, new digital services of the Qazreestr information system – Qazreestr 2.0, the analytics section of the Housing Portal information system and the capabilities of the Online support center for shareholders using artificial intelligence were presented.

KHC demonstrated the capabilities of Qazreestr digital services designed for external users (information systems) for the following purposes:

• automation of registration processes of electronic contracts for participation in shared construction (CPCS) in Qazreestr;
• verification of data on registered CPCS in Qazreestr;
• obtaining analytics on the developer’s activities in the framework of shared housing construction.

Also, the KHC highlighted interactive dashboards of the Housing Portal, which provide users with key indicators of the market of shared housing construction in Kazakhstan, as well as the possibilities of AI chat-bot, which allows citizens to get online advice on legal aspects of shared housing construction.
