On December 2, KHC participated in the Demo Day of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the event, an updated version of the «Qazreestr» information system – Qazreestr 2.0 – was presented.

KHC demonstrated the current capabilities of the system: the conclusion of electronic shared-equity participation agreement (SEPA) using an EDS or QR code in the «eGov Mobile» application in online mode, the functionality of automatic verification and registration of SEPA in the information system. This solution minimizes the risks of falsification of SEPA, and also increases the convenience of obtaining public services, since the registration period for SEPA is reduced from 3 days to several hours.

Representatives of the KHC also discussed about plans for the development of the Qazreestr for 2025. One of the innovations is the implementation of a feature for issuing permits by local authorities for attracting shareholder funds, which will streamline the current business process of issuing permits and reduce the time for providing the public service.

Additionally, starting from 2025, similar to SEPA, Qazreestr will maintain a centralized registry of housing construction cooperative (HCC) participation agreements to ensure the protection of the rights and legal interests of shareholders entering HCC.
