Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (a subsidiary of NMH Baiterek JSC, the KHC) held an annual conference dedicated to the activities of regional representative offices. The event became an important platform for exchanging experience, training and motivating employees, which underlines KHC commitment to creating conditions for professional growth and strengthening employee engagement.

Opening the conference, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KHC – Altai Kuzdibayev, noted the Company’s significant successes in 2024 and announced priority goals for the coming period.

Director of the Property Management Department, Marat Abdrakhmanov, submitted a detailed report on the activities of regional offices. The results of property management, housing stock maintenance, and loan and rental portfolio servicing were highlighted.

The event focused on modern tools and technologies. Presentations were given on the following topics:

• “Trello as a tool for operational management of remote teams in the regions”;
• “On the digitalization of housing and communal services”;
• “On the “House Manager” application;
• “Work on the improvement of courtyards and territories of residential complexes”.

One of the key moments of the conference was the award ceremony for the best regional offices and specialists for excellent results.

The Best Region 2024 Cup was awarded to an office in Kostanay for effective management of real estate objects.

Special awards were presented:

• Nurdaulet Ibraimov (Almaty) – for active participation in the management of KHC facilities;
• Amangeldy Almambetov (Aktau) – for successful implementation of improvement projects and positive customer feedback;
• Bayron Uteshov (Aktobe) – for effective interaction with executive bodies in the field of real estate management;
• Olzhas Akhmetov (Shymkent) – for effective monitoring of the current state and major repairs, ensuring high-quality management of KHC facilities;
• Bauyrzhan Baimenov (Astana) – for effective registration of facilities in the Upravdom mobile application for the creation of condominium management bodies in KHC facilities.

Following the award ceremony, training was organised for regional representatives to enhance their professional skills.
