As part of digitalization of services provided to customers, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC has launched the functionality for signing electronic appeals in Customer’s Personal Account in “Housing Portal” (homeportal.kz ) using a QR code through Egov Mobile App.
Now customers are not required to have a traditional EDS, they are only required to have a smartphone and register in the Egov Mobile application!
