On June 12, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC together with Akimat of Atyrau city held a seminar-meeting for entrepreneurs of the city in the field of construction.

During the meeting, Mr. Altai Kuzdibayev, Acting Chairman of the Management Board in his speech spoke about the mechanisms of guaranteeing housing construction and subsidizing the interest rate for housing construction purposes.

At the meeting with developers, representatives of KHC told how to get guarantee from Single Operator, apply for subsidizing the interest rate on developers’ loans. Issues of typical errors when submitting applications through the online portal and other issues of interest to developers were discussed.

It should be noted that developers apply for guarantees and subsidies through the online portal digital.baiterek.gov.kz where they can monitor the status of application without leaving home.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On equity participation in housing construction, “Attraction of funds of Shared Construction Participants” is allowed only based on the agreement for equity participation in housing construction. All transactions made in circumvention of the current legislation (preliminary reservation agreement, reservation agreement, investment agreement, assignment agreement) for residential complexes under construction without permits shall be invalid,” – Altai Kuzdibayev said.

At the same time, in order to inform and prevent violations of the law, the KHC systematically publishes articles in the media and warns Shared Construction Participants.
