Today Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC held an online meeting with developers of Karaganda region. During the meeting, a mechanism for guaranteeing housing construction was presented.
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Olzhas Salykov told how to get a guarantee of KHC for shared construction, what documents were needed and how to eliminate typical errors when submitting applications through the online portal.
“Since this January, we have reduced the list of documents by 2 times. Applications are submitted through the online portal digital.baiterek.gov.kz. You can track the status of your application without leaving home. For Shared Construction Participants, our guarantee is 100% protection of their investments and completion of construction of the house, so before buying a home, it is necessary to check whether the facility is being legally built or not! Otherwise, the funds of Shared Construction Participants may end up with unscrupulous developers with all the associated risks” – Olzhas Salykov reports.
It should be noted that in 2021 KHC launched the information system “Housing Portal” (homeportal.kz), where in the section “Shared construction units” any citizen can get information about all legally constructed facilities that have the necessary permission of the Akimat or the guarantee of KHC to attract funds of Shared Construction Participants. Data on facilities are received from the unified information system “Kazregistry”.
Training workshops will be conducted by the Company on an ongoing basis in all regions of the country.
