On July 8, 2022, “Kazakhstan Housing Company” JSC held a meeting with representatives of “State construction inspection”, as well as with employees of the State Enterprise “Institute of Housing – SRPTICI named after. Atayeva S.S.” of the Republic of Belarus. During this meeting, Belarusian colleagues were presented with the main areas of the company’s activities:

• Mechanisms to support housing supply: guaranteeing equity participation in housing construction, subsidizing loans from private developers, financing housing construction through the redemption of bonds of local executive bodies;
• Mechanisms to support demand for housing: buyout of liabilities on mortgage loans, issuance of mortgage loans through agent banks under “ Orda” program, provision of rental housing with buyout.

In addition, the developed information systems of “Kazakhstan Housing Company” JSC were presented: “Nurly Zher” Situation Center, Building Materials Online Site (material.kz), Housing Portal (test.homeportal.kz).

During the meeting, prospects for further cooperation in the field of housing construction support were also discussed.
