A meeting was held with the developers of the city of Konayev

On April 25, at the site of the Akimat of Konayev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (the sole shareholder of KHC is Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC) Olzhas Salykov met with the developers of Konayev.

The participants of the meeting were presented with tools to support housing construction of the housing complex, including mechanisms for guaranteeing shared-equity housing construction, subsidizing loans from developers, financing the construction/purchase of housing for LEA waiting lists (the mechanism for repurchasing SS of LEAs), the purchase of rental housing (with the right to buy out for waiting lists) from private developers.

In total, the construction of 165.6 thousand square meters of housing for a total amount of 48 billion tenge was financed in the Almaty region due to the purchase of state securities of the LEAs, which made it possible to provide over 2.7 thousand waiting lists with social housing at fixed prices. At the same time, within the framework of the mechanism of guaranteeing shared construction, the developer KazSMU LLP has successfully implemented 3 projects in Konayev, and there is also an existing facility under construction, which has the guarantee of the Unified Operator.

Olzhas Salykov spoke in detail about the requirements for obtaining the guarantee of the Single Operator, the procedure for entering into all types of contracts when providing the KHC Guarantee, the procedure for applying for subsidies provided for by the legislation.

“At the current moment a number of changes have been developed to simplify procedures and reduce barriers to obtain the guarantee of the Single Operator in order to reduce the share of the “gray” market of shared construction”, – added the speaker.
