Metallurgists of Aksu received the keys to new apartments

The keys to their own apartments were received by employees of the Aksu Ferroalloy Plant as part of the chrome division of ERG (JSC TNK Kazchrome). Thanks to the corporate housing program, factory workers were able to purchase housing on preferential terms without a down payment.

As previously reported, the Memorandum was signed within the framework of the Concept of development of housing and communal infrastructure until 2026 between JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” and Eurasian Resources Group (ERG).
Under the terms of the agreement, within the framework of providing employees of ERG enterprises with affordable housing, metallurgists can receive housing in installments for up to 20 years at a minimum interest rate (3.1%).
The Kazakh Housing Company sells these apartments to employees of ERG enterprises using the mechanism of rental housing with the right to buy, including 15% of the apartment fund to employees who are on the waiting list for housing in local executive bodies.

For reference: JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (the sole shareholder is JSC “National Managing Holding “Baiterek”) is a single housing construction operator, whose activities are aimed at implementing state housing policy, increasing the provision of high-quality and comfortable housing for the population of the country, including by providing support to the construction industry.
