Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC has developed Rental Housing Standards for commercial market, which are intended to be an important step towards the institutionalization of the private rental market.

According to sociological surveys, the shadow market of rental housing in Kazakhstan has an extremely high share. There is little awareness of the rights and obligations of the parties, apartments are often rented out without concluding relevant contracts, the rights of tenants and landlords remain unprotected.

The developed Standards are aimed at solving the above issues, they are advisory in nature, but contain basic conditions and standard documents that you need to pay attention to when renting private housing.

Participants will have the opportunity to minimize their costs, operate rental housing more efficiently and live in more comfortable conditions, respecting the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords.
