A ceremony of handing over the keys to new apartments under the credit housing program was held in Rudny. The event was held jointly with the Akimat of Kostanay region and Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (a subsidiary of National Management Holding Baiterek JSC, the KHC).

As part of the new facility, 45 apartments were put into operation. In total, due to the KHC support through the bond redemption mechanism of Akimats, almost 5.7 thousand units of credit housing were built in the region. In 2024, the program of rental housing with the right to privatization was also implemented for the first time, which will provide 721 apartments for those on waiting lists.

Altay Kuzdibayev, Chairman of the KHC Management Board, emphasized that the company will continue to step up its efforts to increase the volume of social housing construction in the region.

He also noted that KHC develops the housing market in Kostanay region using the shared construction guarantee instrument. Thus, starting from 2022 in Kostanay city 6 guarantees were issued for completion of 908 apartments construction.
