In total, 32 loans from developers in second-tier banks are subsidized for a total amount of loans of 22.9 billion tenge for housing construction projects, the total cost of projects is 78.7 billion tenge.
According to four applications for subsidizing loans totaling 2.8 billion tenge from Nurbank JSC, DB Kazakhstan-Ziraat International Bank JSC, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC and Bank CenterCredit JSC, contracts are signed in Abay region, Mangystau region, Atyrau region and West-Kazakhstan region respectively.
