In total, 26 loans from developers in second-tier banks are subsidized for a total cost of 17.1 billion tenge for housing construction projects in the amount of 70.2 billion tenge. In total, 14.6 billion tenge was subsidized under existing agreements.

According to one application for subsidizing a loan from the People’s Bank in the Aktobe region, contracts are being signed.

Under consideration is 1 application for a loan from Jusan bank in East Kazakhstan region (the cost of the loan is 516 million tenge).
