Subsidizing the rate of interest on loans issued by second-tier banks to private businesses for housing construction

          As of the current date, one application for subsidy on the loan was received from Halyk Bank in Aktobe region. At present, a positive decision has been made, the subsidy agreement is at the stage of signing.

A total of 26 loans to developers in the banks of the second level are subsidized for a total value of 17.1 billion tenge on housing projects 135.2 billion tenge. Total subsidized under existing contracts 14.3 billion tenge.
