Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC) is pleased to announce the launch of a new release of the information system (IS) «Housing Portal» (homeportal.kz), which has become even more convenient and functional! We have improved the interface, added new features and made the portal more user-friendly.

Key innovations:

• The section «Shared-equity construction facilities» is now on the main page. With its help, you can easily check the facilities under construction for legal participation in shared construction throughout the country. We have added convenient search filters and the ability to view detailed information about each object.
• Updated Personal Account of KHC clients. The completely new design of the Personal Account includes improved navigation, which allows you to quickly and conveniently receive all the necessary information on your contracts and payment schedules. New functionality significantly reduces the client’s path when working with the system.
• THE NEW Telegram bot from KHC! Now you can receive important information about your contracts and payments directly in Telegram. Log into the bot through your Personal Account and stay up to date with all updates in a convenient format!
• A single section for legal entities. In the Personal Account of legal entities, all information on concluded contracts and services provided by the KHC is now collected in one section.
