“Kazakhstan Housing Company” JSC informs about changes in the procedure for determining engineering companies when concluding contracts for the provision of guarantees of equity participation in housing construction.

In order to ensure transparency, the selection procedure for engineering companies with equity participation in housing construction has been transferred to a competitive basis.

The selection will be carried out electronically on the Eurasian Electronic Portal (eep.mitwork.kz) by analogy with public procurement, taking into account the specifics of the sphere of equity participation in housing construction. Also, as part of the digitalization of activities, the reporting of engineering companies in JSC KZHK will be carried out through the portal eQurylys.kz.
