• The Developer and the Authorized Company submit an electronic application with a package of documents through the Housing Portal.
• In case of a positive decision, a tripartite guarantee agreement is concluded between "Kazakhstan Housing Company" JSC, the Developer, and the Authorized Company.

From the moment the agreement is signed, the Developer acquires the right to conclude shared-equity participation agreements in residential construction with citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Each agreement is subject to mandatory registration at the Akimat and in the "Kazreestr" information system.
