During the past week, the Unified Operator of Housing Construction received two applications for the provision of guarantees for the completion of construction projects.
Currently, a total of five applications are under review, covering projects with an overall value of approximately 12.5 billion tenge and a total of 1,047 apartments.
Information on active guarantees is published on the official website www.khc.kz in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Shared Participation in Housing Construction.”
Subsidizing Interest Rates on Loans Issued by Second-Tier Banks to Private Entrepreneurs for Housing Construction Purposes
At present, 26 developer loans are being subsidized through second-tier banks, totaling 17.1 billion tenge, for housing construction projects worth 70.2 billion tenge.
To date, 14.6 billion tenge have been subsidized under active agreements.
Additionally, one loan application from Halyk Bank in the Aktobe region is currently in the process of contract signing.
