LLP “Asar House” and the authorized company LLP “Asar House-4” have received a guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC) for the completion of shared-equity residential construction of the “ASAR HOUSE-4” apartment complex in Shymkent.
The “ASAR HOUSE-4” residential complex, Phase 4, is located in Abay District, Asar-2 microdistrict, plot 942/1, Shymkent.
The building consists of 6 residential blocks, each 5 floors high. Construction technology — brick.
The total number of apartments is 150, including:
— 1-bedroom — 40
— 2-bedroom — 80
— 3-bedroom — 30
The comfort class according to the design and estimate documentation is III.
The ceiling height is 2.8 meters.
The finishing is rough (ready for further interior work).
The project is being implemented by LLP “Asar House”, which is engaged in the construction of residential and commercial properties.
