LLP “Dial-Stroy” and the authorized company LLP “ELIF Development” have received a guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC) for the completion of shared-equity residential construction of the “ALTAI CITY” apartment complex in Almaty.
The “ALTAI CITY” residential complex, Phase 1, is located in the Turksib district, Altai-2 microdistrict, Almaty.
The project includes 7 sections, each 9 floors high, constructed using monolithic technology.
The project provides for the sale of apartments, commercial premises, and parking spaces.
The total number of apartments is 432, including:
— 1-bedroom — 240
— 2-bedroom — 144
— 3-bedroom — 48
In addition, 54 commercial premises and 113 underground parking spaces are planned.
The comfort class according to the design and estimate documentation is IV.
The ceiling height is 2.7 meters.
The finishing is rough (ready for further interior work).
The project is being implemented by LLP “Dial-Stroy”, which is engaged in the construction of residential and commercial properties.
