LLP “BAZIS-A CORP.” and the authorized company LLP “ORYNBOR 2017” have received a guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC) for the completion of shared-equity residential construction of the “ADAMANT life” apartment complex (plots 10 and 11) in Astana.
The “ADAMANT life” residential complex is located in the Yesil district, at the intersection of Orynbor Street and E357.
The project includes 2 sections with 16 floors each.
The project provides for the sale of apartments and commercial premises.
The total number of apartments is 270, including:
— 1-bedroom — 120
— 2-bedroom — 90
— 3-bedroom — 60
In addition, 16 commercial premises are planned.
The comfort class according to the design and estimate documentation is IV.
The ceiling height is 3 meters.
The finishing is pre-finishing (ready for further interior work).
The project is being implemented by LLP “BAZIS-A CORP.”, which is engaged in the construction of residential and commercial properties.
