JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (a subsidiary of JSC “NUH Baiterek”, hereinafter — KHC) has presented its 2024 annual report. The report reflects key indicators across the Company’s main areas of activity, including operational and financial performance, sustainability and corporate governance metrics. Sections on risk management, organizational structure, and workforce composition have been expanded.
The report was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative Standards (GRI Standards), IFRS (S1/S2), the requirements of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, and the rules of JSC “Kazakhstan Stock Exchange”.
This is KHC’s fifth annual report prepared according to GRI and IFRS S1/S2 standards. The Company’s reports have consistently received high recognition from the expert community. KHC’s annual reports for 2022 and 2023 were recognized as the best annual reports in the financial sector by JSC “Kazakhstan Stock Exchange”.
