LLP “NAUAN CORP” and the authorized company LLP “SA Engineering” have received a guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC) for the completion of shared-equity construction of the “Zolotoy Kvadrat” multi-apartment residential complex (MRC) in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
The “Zolotoy Kvadrat” residential complex is located at 55/1 Kasym Kaisenov Street.
The project consists of two 19-story sectional residential blocks.
The project provides for the sale of apartments.
Total number of apartments — 252, including:
— 1-room — 72
— 2-room — 126
— 3-room — 36
— 4-room — 18
Comfort class according to project and estimate documentation — III.
Ceiling height — 3 m.
Finishing — rough (unfinished).
The project is being implemented by LLP “NAUAN CORP”, which carries out construction of residential and commercial properties.
