LLP “Pioneer Invest” and the authorized company LLP “Pioneer City” have received a guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC) for the completion of shared-equity housing construction of the multi-apartment residential complex (MRC) “Pioneer City” Phase 2 in Shymkent.
The residential complex “Pioneer City” is located at 20V K. Tulemetov Street, Shymkent.
The project consists of three separate buildings, including 8 block sections.
The project provides for the sale of apartments and 7 commercial premises.
