Kazakhstan Housing Company (a subsidiary of JSC “NUH Baiterek”, KHC) announces that from September 1, 2025, changes to the legislation concerning, among other things, participation in shared housing construction will come into effect.
Under the new rules, under the “Orda Aymak” program, a mortgage can be issued secured by a property under construction — without the need to provide additional collateral.
This change is aimed at enabling citizens to safely invest in new housing, while developers can attract financing only under reliable control and with guarantees for participants.
No requirement for the absence of other housing is imposed.
Main conditions of the program:
-
Fixed interest rate: 15.9% (APR 17.26% — 22.81%).
-
Flexible terms:
-
Down payment: from 20%.
-
Loan amount: from 1 million to 75 million KZT.
-
Loan term: 12 to 240 months.
-
-
Low initial housing cost: the price at the construction stage is lower than that of a finished apartment.
Detailed information about the program, descriptions of the properties under construction, and contacts of the sales department and consultants are available on the KHC Housing Portal at orda.homeportal.kz.
