LLP “Rapid Building” and the authorized company LLP “Oner Stroy Invest” have received a guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC) for the completion of shared-equity housing construction of the “SHATTYQ CITY” multi-apartment residential complex in Shymkent.
The residential complex “SHATTYQ CITY” is located at 215th Quarter, Plot 26/5, Abay District, Shymkent.
The project consists of:

The project provides for the sale of apartments and 2 commercial premises.
